1 Kg Chicken Feet
1 Cup soy Sauce (Salt reduced)
1 tablespoon Vinegar (Apple vinegar or a good white wine vinegar)
6 gloves Garlic
Thumb of ginger
1 small onion.
1 ts pepper
1 ts chilli powder (Or to taste)
2 cups of water
- Saute garlic, ginger and onion
- Add all other ingredients.
- Mix well and simmer until tender.
Please note that chicken feet are not fully diabetic friendly but would be good for one of those naughty days.
